THE STORY.
I was 15 when I first stood on the sidelines with a camera. I didn't know much about f-stops or shutter speed — I just knew I wanted to freeze the moments everyone else blinked through.
Sports photography wired me in a way nothing else could. You don't get second chances on the field. You learn to anticipate, to move, to be in the right place before the play even develops. That discipline became the foundation of everything I shoot.
Four years later, that foundation has carried me to the biggest stages in Oklahoma. I shoot as a freelance photographer for the Oklahoma City Thunder — one of the NBA's most exciting franchises — and for the Sooner Sports Properties, University of Oklahoma, covering Sooner athletics at the collegiate level. My work has put me in rooms with celebrity clients including 50 Cent, and in 2025 that body of work was recognized when I was named OSM Photographer of the Year.
